We just had an event and France had a high energy crowd (I wasn't feeling it) but a lot of live comments in press conference were saying how U.S crowds were boring and Wrestlemania needs to go to Brazil. The biggest joke I had ever read and its more funny reading that and seeing this shit event happen lol.

It was a super close fight but Pantoja got beat up. Erceg received very little damage in all of the control time. It was 3-2 and it really just comes down to how you score the 3rd. Do you give it to Pantoja for dominant grappling or Erceg for doing the only damage of note in a brief sequence? I really don’t know. 49-46 card shouldn’t be judging fights. Erceg needed a finish. He was never going to win a decision in Rio. If I were Pantoja I’d be begging for a rematch. Let me prove that Erceg is not on my level. Instead we’ll get Mokaev and all be reminded why Dana hated the division. Erceg is a future champ if he keeps grinding.
To be honest, I'm from the UK & I actually enjoyed this card - But what I don't like is the UFC continuing to do these half-assed post-fight conferences where hardly anyone attends .. What happened to back in the day when all the fighters (regardless if they won or lost) still put on that Tapout t-shirt & attended these things .. Now they've been replaced by John Cena cameos.
