Don’t Sleep on Izzy he’s been extremely smart about the fights he takes on, if him and his camp weren’t ready for Lhw they wouldn’t have made the jjmp
For sure, I'm pulling for Jan but izzy is a great champion who could pull it off. Each guy I could see win but that's what makes the fight good. If Jan gets inside consistently I think he wins. If izzy controls the distance I think he pulls it off. I do think there is a significant strength advantage for Jan so I dont see it going well if it goes to the ground for Izzy.

Problem is, Kelvin gave him the hardest time and Kelvin isn’t a specialist, but very well rounded. Jan is similar only bigger, hits harder, is more durable and arguably, faster for the size he is. Neither outcome would shock me, but I really like Jan so I’m rooting for him

I felt the same watching Izzy vs Whittaker and Holloway vs Poirier
Jan is going to try to be patient but Izzy will keep chopping the leg with calf kicks early. This will force Jan to push a faster pace n try to hurt Izzy n clinch but Izzy's movement will be too fast for Jan. Jan gets frustrated n gets aggressive n gets hurt n TKO'd in round 3.
