@Xftbllplyr Shev is clearly the better p4p fighter. Nunes is bigger so was never really a fair fight and Shev was still always close to winning both fights. If the 1st fight went 5 rds Shev would have won especially after how that 3rd rd went.

Always been a Overeem (Id love to see Overeem get the UFC HW belt before he retires even if he's just a 1x UFC HW Champion because he's a legend and has basically won everything else in the combat sports world except a UFC belt)& Shevchenko (they're so dedicated to the sport for life and since childhood-how can you not respect THAT if you love combat sports?)fan.
For some fighters it's a job. These two and some others, it's a lifestyle. They are classic old school mentality. These are the types to still keep in shape, coach, or commentate after retirement.

Oh please, everyone knows shevchenko won that second fight. Hell, Val nearly finished Amanda in the 3rd round in the first fight. I dare Amanda to try and make 125.

Joanna is very mechanical in a routine way...She isn't really going to show you anything different. That being said she is probably just about the best a person can be at those combinations that she throws. Seems hard for her to learn something different standup wise cause her way of fighting seems so ingrained in her at this point. She is amazing at keeping people from putting her to the mat though. The fact she kept Valentina at bay and when on the mat did extremely well, while not surprising, blows my mind. Valentina, pound for pound is STRONG a girl as I think I have ever seen. Holly is strong as sh*t and it shows when she locks up with girls (even though she sucks balls on the ground...I am just talking strength) And Valentina is the ONLY girl I saw was outmuscling Holly and putting her on the mat. Says a lot about Joanna cause she is certainly smaller then Valentina...And when someone gets that rare takedown on her she is practically impossible to keep there. Andrade, Gadelha, cookie monster...All had a brutal time keeping her there. Just dawned on me...I would actually like to see Saurez vs Joanna...If only to see if Saurez can keep/put Joanna on the mat and control her.

E.g. build, reach. Sure you can say being 1 inch taller makes you “bigger”. But Val is probably more massive given the divisions they fought in at the start of their ufc careers. And you can’t deny her stockier build too. So I’d say Val is bigger than JJ.

Valentina is the best female champion of all time in my opinion, she beat JJ handily three times and I feel she can beat Rose as well. she was also arguably robbed against Nunes in their rematch, and I think she can outstrike and beat Cyborg too.
