Big John McCarthy wrote the rules for the UFC and came out and said these bull 💩 excuses by Hill are “Pathetic”. And that Herb Dean handled the entire fight 100% UFC rules state“The fighter receiving the illegal strike “CONTROLS” the halt of the fight, if any, as well as when the bout resumes within the 5 minute allotted time period” He thought it was outlandish to even consider this narrative as an excuse. ☝️🤔
