Everyone who gets in there, or those who have been knocked down before, knows how the body reacts. You get slower, that’s a fact. Fighters who say it should have been stopped earlier are just kidding themselves. You get slower, you try to move, but it’s completely different. “To me, the referee did an excellent job. Getting punched once or twice more won’t make any difference in your life. You’re willing to do it. What if the referee doesn’t stop it there, I recover and land a good one that knocks him out? Every referee goes to our locker room before the fight to go over the rules, and I always tell them to not stop the fight, only if I have no reaction. As long as I’m fighting, let me in there. • @@furhadnasserjah123 Sure Sandhagen was ranked higher but he was also coming off a loss, sure it was a very lose one which many thought Sandhagen won, but the same thing could've been said about Aldo against Moraes. A lot of people thought Aldo won against Moraes as well. I'm not sure if you're joking or serious about Aljo being the champ but I'll assume you are. Aljo is the champ rn as well, but somehow the first disputed champ. Aljo beat #14 Brett Johns, #10 Cody Stamann, #5 Jimmie Rivera, #8 Pedro Munhoz, #4 Cory Sandhagen. Now what about Yan. #9 John Dodson, #7 Jimmie Rivera, #12 Urijah Faber. So it would obviously seem like you're right, Aljo was the champion. But then consider who he beat, Aldo, and why was Aldo given a title shot even thought he lost? Because he really didn't lose, technically he was already the #1 contender since he beat Moraes. So what?They just thought of giving Aldo a title shot after he lost? NO! They gave him a title shot because he was considered a top contender and thought of beating Moraes.

    • Probably an unpopular opinion, but idc what Aldo thinks, I know it’s weird to say. But every fighter is going to want to keep fighting especially for a championship belt. Who is going to willingly quit in a championship fight? He took, what? Maybe 50+ unanswered hard shots to his head, some of them hitting the back of his head. The referee is there to save the fighter when their ego, their mind wants to keep going. And he failed to do so, Aldo took a brutal beating that on the ground that shouldn’t have gone on as long as it did

      @Jazz-Singher@Jazz-Singher2 жыл бұрын
