  • 100% finish rate, undefeated holy shit- this is exactly what everyone wants from a UFC fighter. I remember watching Khabib clips back around like 2013 before he was hailed as one of the greatest and knew there was something special about that wild dude with the fuzzy hat. I've been getting that same feeling from this guy for a few years now as well- this dude is no joke and he's gonna do big things.

    • If your hate hard-on for Khabib would let any blood go into your brain long enough to actually comprehend what you read you'd see I said "ONE of the greatest" and he absolutely is considered to be one of the greatest- it's not even my personal opinion it's like the general consensus of the MMA community as a whole. Yeah his resume isn't full of the murderers like Jon Jones for example but for his era and his weight class he absolutely was one of the best. I was just drawing the parallels because he was a dude from that part of the world with a fuzzy hat who won all his fights and wasn't getting recognized like he should yet. Khabib isn't even close to my favorite fighter, but I just didn't see anyone beating him. Personally, I like Shavkat more and think he might even have more potential because he actually finishes everyone

That’s two fights away, and during that time we will likely see Islam pick up wins again Gaethje and Charles (or Arman) leaving not much for him to prove at LW. So you could legit have a scenario where Islam moves up to WW to face Shavkat for his first title defense, which would be beyond insane. 😱
