Dude tarnished the undefeated records of two of the biggest prospects in the UFC Light-Heavyweight division - Jamahal Hill and Magomed Ankalaev 🔥
The Tartan Tarnisher
And both wins have aged amazingly for him
Hill sucks he will go nowhere
3* actually, Kennedy Nchunku as well when he was also still undefeated but yeah those 2 are top level contenders now
@@MrRobjs834* Henrique Da Silva (i know he wasn’t very highly regarded outside of Brazil but still he was undefeated)
One of my absolute favorite fighters in the UFC and he seems to only be getting better with time! He said hes learned to strike while in the UFC, he’s a submission god. Magomed Ankaliav’s one and only loss, as well as Jamahall Hill’s one. Dudes a savage
Too bad he's retiring in two fights he said
@@johnnymac2895 i wish we could see more of this scottish highlander!! dude's a python u can't escape
@@irfanmirza5024 he's not a highlander
@@bobaketthepartyfett3405 he's not a jew either lol
@@skengbiscuit279 no one said he was Dustin's not a diamond either

Wheeeeey 🏴
True that... but also sounds like you are describing McNugets..
@@idontbuyit101 Conor living rent free in your head.
@@joooanit0224 yes for sure.. all day every day.
@@joooanit0224 It literally fits perfectly though. Tap against Khabib, nap and snap against Dustin lol.
His corner man tackling him after he wins is the best part lmao
That dude needs to chill tf out
@@dantearias2182 you need to chill tf out
craig literally said he thought a dagestani was attacking him after the magomed fight
Imagine your teammates jump on you after with a broken ribs Paul said that ankalaev broke his ribs in that fight
@@tylerinmotion4075 LOLLL.
The Ankalaev triangle is easily a top 10 submission of all time. Literally a buzzer beater ftw against a legit title contender being an over 3-to-1 underdog
That shit sounded like a crocodile snapping its jaws shut
He was losing the entire fight up until that point
@@mobiblaize Losing up until you win is as relevant as winning until you lose. He tapped Ankalaev out with seconds left, that speaks volumes about the strength of his squeeze.
@@TomCL-vb6xc He got lucky. Who do you think has a better chance of becoming Champ? Ankalaev is still the better fighter
@@mobiblaize Cool, didn’t say anything about their overall fighting ability. Paul Craig beat Ankalaev, simple as that. Ankalaev is arguably the better fighter. Both of these things can be true at the same time.
The way he continued to pound Hill while holding him with his legs was brutal. Paul Craig is a very interesting fighter, never to be counted out. Let’s see how he’ll do this weekend.
I know what you mean by brutal, visually it was. Really though, he was being merciful. He knew the ref was clueless to the injury and at that point, the only way the fight was ending quickly, for Jamals sake, was by laying down the punches so the ref would stop it.
@@jfhisjwu i think it’s pretty obvious, atleast from my point of view. Good observation tho
@@jfhisjwu it was pretty brutal cus he was controlling Hill's functioning arm so he literally couldn't tap for a while there. Onus is 100% on the ref to recognize the floppy arm and stop it though
No way that guy couldn’t have tapped or given a verbal submission. Fucking idiot still punching craig when his arms flopping about like stretch armstrong
I'm just glad we all agree this guy would break kabib :')
I'm glad the UFC promotes this guy with a video like this. Such an exciting fighter on so many aspects. Never out of a fight, uber confidence in his submission skills and therefore super aggressive with it, kill or be killed fighting style. His fight with Krylov should be a good one this weekend!
Of course they promote him. The ufc will push any good looking white guy with an accent. Even if he is mediocre.
@@aremedyfrosty Well any video they release is to "promote" an upcoming fight or fighter.
@@0megaSapphire How is it racist to say the UFC is going to push almost any good looking white guy with an accent? Lol. I don't think you understand the definition of racism kid. Just saying somebody's race isn't racism.
@@lambdalambdalambda257 what the fuck do u watch
@George Washington crrrriiiiinnnnnggggeeeee
The way he made Ankalaev tap seconds away from a dominant decision win for Magomed and how he snapped Hill's forearm show that Craig has a very Frank Mir-like viciousness for the submissions
He gave the dude plenty of time to tap he didnt just wrench it. I dont know what hill was thinking or if it was adrenaline or painkillers or what.
That Hill finish was brutal
Came here to say that lol
the facepaint in the standoff/weighins was too
One of the worst referee stoppages ever.
The fact that Paul Craig has a sub win over Ankalaev says enough about his grappling.
And the fact he tapped so quickly as well. The squeeze must have been insane.
Dude is DANGEROUS off his back.
The sad thing is that ankalaev was winning the fight too. By a mile. It was literally the last second of the fight.
@@cynoszn558 That's the fight business though, and why Paul's such an exciting fighter
@@cynoszn558 4:59 or 0:01. Doesnt matter when it happens.
Paul Craig doesn't get enough credit. Incredible finishes
he’s greatnes
He's a warrior. He's never out of a fight, no matter how it's going.
As a fellow Scotsman proud to see how much he’s come on as a fighter
Billy Connolly "Ivan the Terrible" - For sure Paul is the best fighting talent since the immortal Shuggie!
🏴 no surrender
I love his story vs Jamahal Hill, they had beef before the fight, Craig runs through him while messing up his arm, they go out clubbing together on the same night 🤣
Hill got a 12 year old son. They both grown ass men 🤣
I also like the fact Jamahal Hill took that fight as a lesson, he's so much more humble now.
@@madgavin7568 aye and its great to see Jamahal and Paul tweeting about each other’s fights. Giving each other props, to this day. Now thats respect.
He's finished every single one of his wins. The guy is a savage.
Tbh with his style of fighting I think he can only finish his wins
That triangle in the last 10 sec in a fight he was clearly losing against Ankalaev was insane.
One of the greatest comebacks ever.
There was actually 1 second left officially. That's so insane, Ankalaev's corners should've told him.

You know Magomed Ankalaev and Jamahal Hill both got impressive wins recenty and I was thinking where the hell has Paul Craig been recently.. he has had wins over both of them.
Fought on the undercard today and got another submission. Crazy
Was supposed to fight Gus but injury prevented it
That Ankalaev submission win was insane, crazy comeback 🤯😬
I love watching this guy, his jiu jitsu is awesome.... The way he finished Hill was crazy
1:24 Craig's fight I.Q. was clearly demonstrated here. He had been ravaged then had the grit to wait patiently for a right hook, sacrificed taking a blow to the head to quickly swing his leg over. Wow.
Love how we've got a submission specialist from Scotland, how did that happen 😂
Legendary username
Celts werr thr only ones historically to beat vikings at glima and Roman's at wrestling but that was lost overtime good thing we learned about it here in mexico as many of us have celt descent because of the Saint Patrick battalions and from the celt iberian heritage as well
Gracie is a Scottish name…
Paul Craig is crazy underrated
Give this man a #1 contender fight soon. He's exciting as hell and a huge problem for anyone he's up against.
@@manjulpunetha7752 right😂😂 he’s good but he’s not there yet. I bet hill would beat him if they fought again lowkey
the effortlessness in the way that he gets the triangle choke especially against Kennedy. BEAUTIFUL WORK!!
4:10 Mad respect to Hill. All of us mouth breathers would have tapped instantly. Yet, here is Hill still using his right hand to throw punches. Unbelievable.
That was stupidity, he doesn't deserve respect. If he tapped at the right time he still would've lost but would've been fine.
Saw his arm flopping and it just pissed him off😂
Speak for yourself bozo me personally I'd have gotten knocked out in seconds. I don't play around
If he would have lost that Ankalaev fight he would be 1-3 in UFC and who knows, maybe out of the company, he saved not only his fight but his career in the last second of the fight...
That bait in the Jamahal fight was just pure gold, love watching Craig fight
This guy is a submission god. People know exactly what he's gonna do; but can't stop it. Seeing Hill's arm flopping like that was nasty lol
I was randomly curious about Paul Craig and this video is what I was looking for!
In the last decade or so I wouldn't recommend anyone pull guard in mma, Craig is one of the few that still can
If Paul craigs on his back you've already lost
the way he switch to the armbar is so smooth
My man learned Striking in UFC imagine if he actully had a background he would be a monster
His whole highlight reel is him on his back. What a legend!!
I love his ground game man so clean and lethal!
Look at the mat burn on the knees at 2:07!! Nasty
Love this guy. When you know what he wants to do and he still gets it done it speaks volumes of his skill.
Absolute gem of a fighter to watch!
Great to see a scotsman in the UFC. Paul Craig is so underrated and I wish him great success because he deserves it. Not a lot of people get opportunities like that in Scotland. I am proud to be watching my fellow countryman fighting this weekend. He was impressive last time he was fighting. COME ON THE SCOTS.
Man when he gets ahold of a limb or neck hes just a pitbull. People talk about KO artists being scary but craig is terrifying. He looks like breaking bones is his goal over making you tap. Love seeing his overall game progress
His cornerman/coach jumping his ass at 2:19 is hilarious
One of my new favorite fighters for sure not new as in he’s new but as ive gotten to know more about him
Monster of a fighter saw him in Dublin
Slickest Triangle i have seen ....so quick and precise
the jamal hill finish is my favorite finish. esp cause of how arrogant hill was going into it
This man's a real technician can't wait to see more
You have to admire the love and confidence he has in his bjj
Dudes a beast! Best off-the-back submission game in the sport bar none! Always exciting to watch.
Jamahal Hill is a monster for fighting back with a completely dislocated arm, he didn’t even react a true warrior.
Paul Craig signature move is like he take down/Pull down the opponent, he let the opponent on top of him(This type of situation is the most fighter worst nightmare, they try to escape from that Position asap, but Craig just set up himself for being on the Down side) and he still able to submit his opponent..
Intelligent, composed and hugely skilled under pressure. Beautiful 🏴 Artistry.
Some of the best jits I’ve ever seen
2:19 that great celebration
Loved seeing Hill get beat like that.
Criminally underrated
the jamahal hill finish was brutal
Ive been trying to catch all of his fights, dudes a MONSTER
Wow. That is one of the best guards I've ever seen.
One of my favorite fighter
This guy is no joke fighting of his back
Finally, Paul getting some love
hahaha wtf at 2:14 the dude is tapping for his soul but then is like NO I DIDNT. Clearly taps for his life
I wish he wasn’t about to retire man is so fun to watch fight

Paul craig is sickkkkk...such a gd guard
Easily one of my favorite fighters in the ufc I love his style super exiting to watch guys a savage I love how he handled jamahal and broke his arm for talking shit straight highlander savage
Man this guys ju jitsu is amazing to watch
Pall Craig either has a highlight or is someone else’s highlight in every fight. Never boring
Paul Craig does not get enough respect. Absolute machine.
he so good at whipping that leg against your neck after you throw a punch or knocking you off balance with a bump then getting his legs in position, reminds me of anderson
that guy is for real , specialist arm triangle he deserves to be top 5 light heavyweight
Paul Craig is never out of the fight. The guy can lose every exchange, in every round, and still find a way to win. It's unreal.
Exciting jiujitsu by this light heavyweight
He's so much fun in and out of the octagon!
I don't think I've ever seen somebody throw up a triangle as fast as when he submitted Ankalaev. I had to rewind because I didn't even notice him set it up and all of a sudden it was locked in. Nasty.
It's crazy how people don't learn, don't take this guy down😂it scares me that he has this many submissions while on his back
One of the most badass fighters in the world
Him and his crazy submission
Jamahal Hill has got heart! Craig is a joy to watch
This guy is so under rated, I'm AMAZED UFC pushed him today!!! Guy broke the next new big guy (who in his next fight looked awesome)... he is legit awesome!
The way Jamal's arm was flopping around 😳
People try so hard for take down, paul voluntarily does that.. fabulous fighter man🔥
Paul Craig is definitely underated. I will never forget when the bearjew subbed the dagastani 😧 he beat two undefeated fighters. He continues to get better with time. I definitely see him being champ eventually
Never wanted to see that Hill dislocation ever again but here I am
Hahaha same
So many finishes from Guard
Gotta love the last one. Hill deserved that and more
Oh wow I didn’t know he submitted Megomed Ankalaev, impressive.
That magomed win aged like fine wine, paul craig is always one to watch
always an entertaining fighter
Fight #2 was beautiful
Paul Craig is sneaky, look at those finishes!!! He's good!!! I think he really can be champ one day.
No smart fighter would jump into this man's guard. His triangle is so fast, tight and deep, it almost look like there heads may pop off.
1:23 - slickest triangle I've ever seen in my life. Wow.
Its about time to promote this man properly!
Only man to beat that were beast Ankalev.
Craig's jujitsu is on whole another level
Now that is how you execute a submission. Break it and take it.
I love this guy
Tha Jamaal hill fight had me so scared. It was crazy that night
Just so smooth and crafty off his back. His setups are so sick. Dark horse of the division currently? I’d say so.
such a savy and a nice dude at the same time after breaking that guys arm he gave them a free drink
