    • @@aleks1999 Bro, I was 12 when I met em, It was inside a Copeland's Boardshop. It was shortly after he beat Robbie. We were peepin out the skate shoe selection. I noticed there energy at first, then I recognized Nick immediately. He towered over me smiling as if he knew that I recognized him. We chatted, he then asked me if I knew his brother and that he fought too. I was like idk who he is. They all jokingly laughed at Nate,whom i didnt know of at the time. Long story short, you get what you see with these guys. They're real, really cool genuine people too.

    • Nick did it all to himself. And like you, he always blamed others fof his own actions. The guy ran away from his own coach and hid, leading up to the gsp fight. He always wanted more money, more hype, more attention, more, more, more, but then ran when he could have had all that. Unbelievably, nate actually showed more intelligence.

  • Diaz's fight with Daley is one of the baddest moments in history. Everybody was saying that Diaz is gonna grapple and try to submit Daley, but Diaz showed some gangsta shit, by just rumbling with Daley and getting W at the end.

  • There are other Nick Diaz fights that are so good even though it didn't included here. The submission victory over Jeremy Jackson. TKO victories against Gleison Tibau and Drew Fickett. Submitting Scott Smith in a 185 bout. And my personal favorite, armbar from the bottom against Evangelista Cyborg. As soon as Cyborg landed that takedown, Nick immediately rocked up that armbar. A true master of martial arts!

  • One of the few fighters that legit gives me goosebumps when i think of his fights. A true legend. BTW, even to this day i haven't seen any other fighter bob their head while on all fours the way he did vs Daley. Remember how Colby held on to Usman's legs and the ref stopped it cos Usman was punching? He really should've did what Nick did. Mannn, Nick really is such a smart fighter.

  • I can see Conor took alot of inspiration from Nick's style when he was promoting the UFC. This man is a legend. One of the biggest pioneers of the sport to ever exist. Without him there is no Conor McGregor, and no UFC as the top MMA promotion.

  • You can’t teach what Nick and Nate Diaz have, they’re genuine fighters - win or lose there isn’t any quit in them. I love watching Nick go to the body as well, throws such a high volume of punches and mixes it up. Great to watch and quite unique in MMA where the tendency is to headhunt.
