  • it's crazy how comfortable Stipe looked in his first UFC fight. The same combo's he uses here, he still uses today to the same extent just with better timing and power. His leg kicks just break people down and keep them at a distance. He makes good fighters so uncomfortable to step in to the pocket.. Stipe is so tough though with the power for his size, quick hands for a heavyweight, boxing combo's, leg kicks that wear opponents down, wrestling background for defense/takedowns and heavy ground/pound. He's a monster!

    • Its almost sad how he gets no respect by the UFC and the media. Despite how impressive his career and skills are every win he has is downplayed and overlooked by them, its almost as if they want him to lose. I presume because he doesn't tick the right boxes to be 'the baddest man on the planet', because they want someone like DC or Ngannou to be the HW Champ. Whenever Stipe beats someone he gets no credit by them, its all this and that as to why his opponent didn't win. The clowns at ESPN earnestly believe Ngannou beating him in the rematch is a foregone conclusion.

      @madgavin7568@madgavin75683 жыл бұрын
    • @@madgavin7568 it's because he serves NO political purpose, he is white, straight, and he doesn't run his mouth to get publicity like most other fighters do, and because of that, Dana and the UFC can't make nearly as much 💰 off him like they can with someone like little Connor, regardless of HOW great of a GOAT fighter Stipe is. UFC is more about profit and less about actual fighting abilities, and the reason the UFC is so shitty to stipe, is because he's just in their way politicaly. They probably have nothing against him personally, but still, it's a shame how he's treated either way.

    • Yeah just a big ok goofy kid like guy. Its so disgusting that people give more attention to the Colby Covington-esqe people.. He'll even Colby was a nice guy at one time.. His style was already boring. Couplw that with a nice guy personality and it had the ufc trying to cut him on a win streak.. Stipe is a actuall hero. Has literally caught himself on fire saving people.. During the pandemic he refused to fight fir a long time. Hundreds of thousands of dollars he rejected because covid hit Cleveland so hard the ems and first responders were overwhelmed. Said they needed him . that sold me and made stipe the goat for me.. The UFC could make a big star off him.. But they'd have to get off their ass and promote him. Instead they want you to promote yourself. That's rediculoys to me...arent YOU thr promoter Dana? So these dudes got to train for months , deal with constant pain from injury, pay their whole team, do your media obligations, take invasive drug test all the time. AND THEY GOTTA PROMOTE THEMSELVES TOO. For crumbs compared to other athletes . I undersrand Dana cant pay for the whole roster and cough up Tyson fury money. But if theres a titlw fight the champ shouldn't see less than 3-4 million. The challenger at at least HALF .. Top five fights and titlw eliminator 1 million. That 600k ngannou made is pathetic.
