    • I went from 190 to 175 shredded in 4 month,its doable and it feels so good.I used to think I was in shape because I was big and I was lifting weights but boy was I wrong.I started doing more cardio and doing body weight training instead and the result is incredible.

    • That angle of the Jack stoppage was bad. On the other angle his face was distorted the whole time like he was in agony. He was eating shots after getting hit with a huge uppercut. The branch stoppage wasn't a bad one also. Branch was getting beat up badly on the ground lol. Cumulative damage.

  • I don’t get why these fighters overtrain so much. It seems that training 5 plus hours a day would tax the body more than you would gain from it. Don’t get me wrong I think the injuries leading up to fights and also constant leg breaks accruing have something to do with their malnutrition also
