And I don't know about you but I wouldn't walk around Rio at 4 in the morning either. Specially during high season. Maybe if the card had started at a reasonable hour instead of trying to accommodate only the American audience, then they would have risked trying to get a Uber at 4 am along side 20 thousand people.
