He would play Miocic style + kicks + clinch but still need to improve his wrestling/ground but can quickly surpass Nangannou there. Gane shin look ok but never tested. Nangannou is granite. Good matchup for years

    • More than scary... distressing. You can deal with fear when you produce adrenaline, but you can't take diazepam during the fight to deal with distress. Ciryl gets into his opponents conscience instead of their subconscious. And it's very hard to deal with a challenged conscience.

  • Gane is the real deal and one of the few good fighters that the UFC has signed for the HW division as of late. The rest...just fat, slow, and sloppy brawlers with so so records. Gane is THE hope for the HW and I hope he wins. Love JDS but, it's time for a new top contender to arise.

  • His journey has been perfect thus far. The Mayes and Boser fights were really important and impressive because those were two very tough guys who are a bit crazy and don't know how to give up. He smashed them both and those victories are important experiences. Also, he moves really impressively for a HW!

    • His whole martial arts record is otherworldly : 23-0-0. Same number of fights than Stipe (13 Muay Thai fights and 10 MMA fights in seven years), zero defeat. I'm not sure if he even lost one round in his whole career. The closest he has been from being in jeopardy was against Dyczka (Canadian TKO organization title) when even with a wounded toe and a collapsed lung he got before the fight he was out of breath at the end of the first round, he still KOed him later.
