    • True, but Dana makes a valid point. It's not like boxing. Dana (implicitly) conceded that there can be preferential treatment, but the fact is that if Dana does NOT like you, that might mean you need an extra win or even two, but if you keep winning you'll get your title shot. A lot of fighters who Dana openly dislikes have gotten their shot and big paydays. In fact, he'll ignore his personal grudges if someone is a draw, like the aging Tito back in the day and the Ultimate Fighter and big shows he had with Shamrock.

  • Quit giving the 50k bonuses to the Co main and main every single time. They're already millionaires, you got fighters getting insane 1st round finishes on the prelims making 12/12. Minus taxes and all the fees. They take home MAYBE 18 19 thousand. That 50k is life changing for them. Sean and Zhang, that 50k is literally pocket change, they probably didn't even notice or care. Not they didn't deserve it (their fights was NUTS) but the prelim fighters finishing quicker and better could use it FAR more

    • Not that I agree with Dana but he has said countless of times that he doesn’t want to risk ruining the sport if he pays fighters more than what they should be earning. He said it’s why boxing has been destroyed because of boxers always wanting big pay days over just making good fights happen. Boxers are rarely fighting the top guys in their divisions and thus it ruins the sport because all boxers care about now is money and securing their 0 losses.
