I actually watch old mcgregor press conferences as a form of entertainment when I'm bored. He truly was the best. I wish he can get back to this

But the only reason Conor went crazy enough to snatch the belt was because the translator messed up by saying "I'm the king of Dublin" when Aldo really said "I'm the king, I'm the champion" referring to the featherweight division. If Aldo spoke english, we would have probably missed the highlight of this whole thing and a truly historic moment in combat history. This is perfect. It makes it a bit awkward, you feel more rivalry when it's different languages. It's adding one more element (and a big one in fact) to the whole equation and adding to the drama and spectacle. It's more fitting for a movie for example. Rocky IV style or something.

He has brought so much attention to the Featherweight division, so much so that in my opinion it's as big (if not bigger) than the Light-heavy, Middle and Welterweight divisions!
