    • @Trystelune Bro different fight different style. Rozenstruik is a striker. There was no way he was going for a takedown against Ngannou. He knew this from the beginning. That's why he initiated full attack. Because he knew Rozenstruik was not gonna knock Francis out. It is almost impossible. Believe it or not Ngannou's chin is like a granite.

    • midnite mage yeah... I agree Like I’m okay with either fighter winning that fight, Dom was taking damage, Cejudo was dealing with the punches much better but overall if this fight was stopped this way I think there were plenty of instances in the Cruz vs Garbrant fight where Cruz should have been considered “KO’d”... I just wanted to see it go the full 5 and how Dom’s Gas tank has aged with time away and how he’d deal with Cejudo’s pressure.

  • Man it is hard to see Tony lose. The man worked hard for so long, before this he lost in 2012, became the next in line after defeating dos anjos in 2016, after that he got screwed up again and again. Some times by politics, other times by luck. UFC failed to provide him even with one tittle shot. Meanwhile people like Henry started their carrier in 2012 and retired with a legacy to cherish. Nothing against anyone but the way everything played out. It all massacred by boy Tony 😭😭😭😭😭

    • Not exactly...He got 2 interim title shots (against Kevin Lee UFC 216 and Gaethje ufc 249), but also got 2 title shots, the first he missed due to own injury (UFC 223), then the pandemic kicked in...but he could have gotten an earlier title shot had he not rejected the opportunity to fight Max Holloway, as title qualifying bout for UFC 242...Dustin seized the opportunity and faced Khabib. The one time surely politics deprived him of a title shot is the interception by Conor McGregor for UFC 229....not a victim of politics generally, I don't think so....I don't think the Vannata fight would have gotten him a title shot against Alvarez at the time instead of Connor....connor unfairly got both of his shots, however.

    • @Senile Crocodile If he still wants to fight he should start fighting smart and use his skills in wrestling and bjj more often. Being durable doesn't make you unbeatable, for someone like Tony flesh wound or broken bones may not a big deal but severe/permanent brain damage can cause serious problems to him both mentally and physically in the future.

  • Watching Tony get slapped around was hard to watch. We all knew he was tough, but my god can he take a shot. Any other lightweight would have been snoring. I look forward to his return, hopefully he recovers. Someone with Tony's mindset losing makes for an exceptional comeback. I think he needs to improve his striking defence, especially now he's taken that much damage. He can't afford that again. GG Justin, came with it. A striking clinic to say the least. He's come far, I look forward to that khabib bout. If he can maintain centre octagon position, keep khabib on the back foot, threaten the takedown with a Thai knee or uppercut, not make the mistake of trying to stick and move on the outside and keep it standing he definitely wins. Just stay away from the cage, as khabib is a god there. His wrestling experience will allow him to fend off those takedowns very well I think in an open mat/centre cage, and as we know khabibs takedowns there are not as effective as his cage work. The more I think about this fight, the more I see just winning. But that's easier said than done against the Eagle. Just my thoughts, stay safe all!

    • @Nick Hardrock It confuses guys who are new to the striking realm. Remember, a majority of these MMA fighters are just former wrestlers with 1-2 pad holders. Justin Gaethje is one of the scariest guys we've ever seen. He doesn't have 1 takedown attempt in the ufc. He forces his opponents to stand and eat that shit for 25 minutes lol. I bet Khabib will get his ass down though

    • Apart from hand being down, tony ferguson doesnt pay heed to defense at all. He relies on his chin and cardio to outpace and outlast his opponents. Defence is important part of this game, conor has his hands down too but he has great head movement.
