Damn there's something so refreshing about Dariush. Maybe its just that everyone is a character or trying to be Mr. cool and Dariush is just like "I love my family and I love fighting". He's not trying to wear flashy sunglasses or show off his tats, he's not screaming at the cameras. I'd probably put on a bit of a character. Everyone does. So a fighter has a pet hamster named lucy, is engaged to his girlfriend who has an adopted daughter that plays the flute and he likes to go kyaking with them on the weekends and lives in mobile tiny home. Well, good for him, what do i care? thats not gonna influnece my decision to tune in or who i would bet on, lol. In any case, the idea behind UFC embeded is they are designed to get people emotionally invested and create a character out of the athlete, like hey, he has a family and a dog! I have one too! Wow, hes so relatable, what a guy, he has my support and I would hate to see him lose. For a fight fan, UFC countdown is much better. Embeded is actually mostly pretty mundane stuff, lot of filler trying to make uninteresting stuff interesting.

Between Irene letting us go into her house and seeing all her wonderful cat's. To Dariush, just straight chilling with his family. Last but not least "Do Bronx" just hanging with his best buds doing his same ol' positive attitude with living life his way. This is by the the best UFC Embedded I've ever witnessed. Absolute Gold. Amazing how the whole world is getting so involved with too. Dana White and his crew really have pulled off something so unbelievably rare. Man oh man, sometimes its good to be alive. Chandler, Dustin and Justin are all good, but not real champion material. It may be a far stretch, but up until the Volk fight, Tsarukyan was Islam's toughest fight but he got beaten by Gamrot, who got beaten by Beneil. Islam made fighting Charles look easy.

The safe pick is Nunes but honestly Aldana winning would be best not just for the division but for WMMA as well. WMMA has gotten stale ever since Rousey left the sport and despite Nunes' accomplishments, she's just not very interesting. Grasso beating Shevchenko shook up WMMA a bit, Aldana beating Nunes (however unlikely it is) would do the same.
