Dariush and Felder were incorrect. Chandler went to the ground 3 times with Oliveira and Poirier 2 times. Kevin Lee also did. Only Gaethje didn't and that's where this myth came from. Chandler, twice willingly (once when he jumped to the floor with Oliveira on his back and once when he got the advantage and spent 2 minutes of round 1 entering Oliveira's guard) and Poirier twice willingly (once when he knocked him down and leapt into his guard to ground and pound him in round 1 and again in round 2 when Oliveira had his wrist and he rolled to the floor and spent the entire round on the floor, of course, by that point it wasn't by choice and he just wanted to endure the round like he said he should have done with Khabib after their fight).
