If he took things it was hgh because of the leg break. Hgh is a bit different than juicing or on roids. Hgh has an anabolic component but it isn’t solely purposed for muscle hypertrophy. It does help but it’s not at all like someone juiced and on tren or dianabol etc. dude gained 10-15lbs and it’s been 2 years? and every comment is some steroid comment. Man is 5ft9 and 180-188lbs at 10% bodyfat. Smfh. Sheep.

  • My teacher had me doing drills similar to these for weeks. And it really build the muscle fibers in your legs and hips that I never thought I had. And with that came explosiveness, speed and very great control. I don’t do them anymore so I don’t have as great control and speed as I used to but the control is nuts if you do these and more.

It’s like his philosophy is an incarnation of the great Bruce Lee, he truly has a warrior mindset with martial arts and that’s why I will always deeply respect Conor no matter what he does. It sounds crazy to say, but he’s changed the way many think about mma, and made it be seen as “martial arts”. Crazy profound. Crazy.
