  • I’ve never seen a fighter like Michael Chandler who can lose, multiple times at that, and still have his stock elevated. He’s consistently inches away from winning against every single opponent.

    • Fight anyone? Nahh.. he doesnt want to fight anyone with elite Jiu jitsu and ground game (except Charles for the belt) and keep on choosing his opponent. Hooker, Gaethje, Poirier all have good or no Jiu Jitsu at all. Now he has to face top 10 ranked in Gamrot, Tsarukyan, Fiziev, all upcoming and young killers. Lets see how he handles them. No more Gaethje-Chandler rematch

  • Chandler is awesome, crazy how many fans werent stoked about him joining the UFC and "skipping the line." I was one of them and tbh i thought he was kinda annoying at first. Boy was I wrong... In the short amount of time he's been with the UFC he has already given us numerous classic fights and highlights

  • Chandler needs to rethink his fighting style. He takes so much damage in every fight, If he incorporates good defensive strategy into his fighting style he will have so much more success.

    • @@louyht7 what is he going to try differently? Wrestle? He did that, he even tried to wrestler against Justin but Justin is a wrestler unlike Dustin and was able to reverse him attempts. Dustin just survived which gassed Chandler out, it's got nothing to do with him "not trying". Do you want him to fight more calm and not explosive? His explosivneness is the reason fighters like Justin or Dustin are cautious, you take his explosivneness away and fighters won't fear him.

He spit a mouthful of blood into Dustin’s eyes, he fish hooked his mouth and eyes and he landed a dozen back of the head blows while the ref was telling him to stop and then argued with the ref saying they were not back of the head.

  • I'm not a fan of Chandler's fighting style, but I have the deepest respect for this dude. This is how a champion handles themselves in defeat. Contrast this with Connor McGregor when he was in a similar situation. Your stock just rose a million % in my eyes. Great dude.

  • This man fights like a mad man. Dustin was durable and technical. Both have the tendency of going through wars, hopefully it all ends great for them.

  • He needs BJJ training HARD. His takedowns are amazing he's so explosive but his top control is SERIOUSLY lacking. Chandler had 2 instances where the back was completely open and he couldn't secure the back mount, and one time when he did take the back he was much too high on the back and wasn't able to do anything with it. Chandler had multiple times to finish the fight on the ground and couldn’t control or execute. Poirier got Chandlers back 1 time and got the submission instantly. That made all the difference.

  • When he wins I just celebrate, when He loses I hate it! But It is in these post-fight interviews that I learn and get encouragement in life. I just feel so identified with this man's journey. The look on his face blending with his shining spirit is an unbelievable masterclass to me. Love you Chandler, you are the proof that Being a champ doesn't necessarily mean winning...

    • I honestly like that about Chandler. He fights evil, it was nasty. Such a parallel from what he portrays to the world and how he carries himself. When he steps in the cage he's blasting strikes, trying to hurt people, doing anything to try and win, even cheat. It's not admirable, but I like it

  • Chandler's a gamer, always an entertaining fighter. Seemed there was a few unusual dirty moves by him but in a real fight there's bound to be some discipline errors. I hope the Connor fight becomes a reality as it'd be a banger for sure.

  • At first I didn’t really like Chandler. Now he’s probably my favourite fighter on the entire roster. Such a class act and every fight he’s in is a hall of fame worthy fight. He’s Hall of Fame for sure and only 4 fights into his ufc career. Legend

When fighters put their hand on the opponents nose its when they're in the opponents guard or something like that they never do that when theyre trying to get a choke. Chandler is dirty
