Having Max Holloway as a retirement fight is crazy
Zombies aren’t known for their intelligence
I hadn’t watched a lot of holloway but, I’ve never seen movement like this ever before, even when he’s defending he puts shots in blocks, dodges, zombie absolutely had 0 chance in there.

Thats called respect. He is a true warrior. Giving him anyone else would have been an injustice. The Korean zombie was a legend retiring still high in the rankings and deserves a legend like max in his farewell.

Pre-military Zombie was fun as hell, just threw everything like random flying knees and turned everything into a high paced brawl. Post military Zombie just turned shot selective and less crazy.

I hated that Sung-Jung went for that wild skirmish to gain the advantage. He was wide open and Max saw it and countered perfectly. Such a great fight.
Yeah it seems like in R3 Zombie completely abandoned his strategy to go for a Hail Mary/please the fans, which is a terrible idea less than halfway into a pretty close fight 😆. But you've gotta respect him for it.

(Although maybe he was thinking of Max's insane cardio and thought he was more likely to get it in R3 than R5?)

Look at Michael Chandler he’s a huge star and has lost more than he’s won in the UFC I think.
