If they do it will kind of be like the Marquez vs. Pacquio series of fights. This is kind of what I felt the rivalry between Figgy and Moreno represents in MMA. A truly historic story between two great fighters. Also big fan by the way.

lol Figueiredo won the first, it was a draw even after Figueiredo had a point deducted. That being said, he really destroyed Figgy in the second, so I see he winning the third one as well.

What happened between Brandon Moreno and Henry Cejudo? I watched the TUF show where Brandon Moreno competed. He and Cejudo were so chummy!
If Figgy wins I don’t see them not doing a 4th considering how much Moreno has blown up since winning the belt. First fight was tied, second was Moreno. If the third goes 1-1-1. Tough not to book it and allow Askar to build up hype or for Kara to take that spot against him.

He's a cheat both in the cage (fence grabs, nut shots, eye-pokes) and on the scale though (weight bully), plus he's not exactly marketable as he doesn't speak English. If he won, it would be a step back for the division. Flyweight has been overlooked for far too long, especially by the casual fanbase. Brandon Moreno would ideally be the champion to lead Flyweight into the new era where casuals finally start paying attention to the division.
