Gonna be honest, I’m glad Figgy won. All week there has been no love for Figgy at all. From the press conference, to the weigh ins, to even his walk out. I know Moreno fans will call robbery for this fight, but the knockdowns made the difference in this fight. To quote Figgy himself, “It’s his day!”
Completely agree. Moreno was the darling of the media and everyone was hating on Figgy and I think that forced him to be the Bad Guy in the press conference but I do believe he has a good heart and I felt bad that he was getting hate. I wanted him to win. In fairness I also wanted the crowd to be mad lol, but it’s all equalized because I also wanted Cyril Gane to win and I didn’t get that one haha.

Figgy won because he showed a complete mixed martial art performance, Leg kicks, takedown, elbows, boxing cage control submission attempts, Also those two Knock downs are huge. But Moreno puts a good work i don't doubt that he may win the 4th.

Currently Figueiredo outclasses Moreno. Not much, though. With a better gameplan around his strengths, Moreno will present a much bigger threat. Second fight Moreno won thanks to his passion and Figueiredo's rough weight cut. And Figueiredo's mistake in submission defence. It was more a chance win. Moreno was overwhelmed mentally by champ status. Apparent from his reaction to winning the belt and last walkout agitation. Wasn't ready to control that pressure. But him coming back in championship rounds indicates he will be mature next time.
It’s bizarre how Moreno fans forgot that the first fight was only a draw cause judges toke away a Figueiredo point. Otherwise that would unanimously be 2 - 1.

What a great fight respect to Brandon he brought it once again but in my opinion the right man won those knockdown from Davison really was the difference tonight.
Way to go Deiveson! Had a good feeling that he was going to get it done after leaving the scale. The fight was razor close but, I had Deiveson winning rounds 1,3,5. Round 1 because the exchanges were equal, both guys landed 2 heavy leg kicks but, Deiveson had a takedown. I had round 3 and 5 for Deiveson because I thought the exchanges were pretty equal (Deiveson was doing something odd turning his head at the end of Moreno’s combos and was off balance when moving away most the time, which wasn’t a good look), but Deiveson had those knockdowns which really secured the W. This was the biggest war to end the card. We need to make the 1st 4th fight in history of the UFC. I am so happy for Figuerido man he deserves it even after people boo’d him and thought Moreno was up he showed his emotions. To go from getting completely dominated and losing the belt to then winning a unanimous decision and regaining it back makes me so happy for him despite what people May think of him. It genuinely makes me wonder what the hell went on in that 2nd fight cuz this was a drastic turnaround. Either he made significant adjustments or something was very wrong with him in that 2nd fight
