    • @Jesse Lee it seems like u also don't know anything. The first thing u will do after such a weight cut is to hydrate again with some electrolytes, amino acids and vitamins. Only after that u can think about carbing up again with some carbs.

    • I see the difference in two areas. Oliveira has better stand-up with counter striking. And Oliveira has a resume straight out of the hall of fame. He's fought everyone and is used to the bright lights. Islam is cracking the top 10 and fighting for a title at the same time. One more sleep

    • Makhachev is more compact, which makes him look stronger. But Charles has been picking up and slamming guys like its nothing for a while now and Gaethje said no one has ever hit him as hard as Charles. Oliveira has underrated strength.
