I absolutely adore Glover Teixeira, his fighting style, his story, his long arduous journey to get to the belt and I would love to see him secure a title defense. However, I just think it’s Jiris time, i see him taking the belt. Possibly do to Glover what Gus did 😢

I thought this was a meme until I saw the Reyes fight and realized the guy is special. He really has the warrior spirit and it’s not some cheesy haircut. He’s the real deal, and I think it’s his time now to dethrone Glover. Glover has championship mettle and is the rightful king, but the torch will be passed to Jiri on Saturday.

When he said he doesn't use jitsu it was just an exaggeration. He wanted to say he focuses on ending the fight by ground and pound but obviously he trains bjj and is very good at it. People haven't seen Jiří on the ground yet but he is actually really good, probably not as good as Glover though. He will want to stay on his feet for sure.

He has to protect his chin he gets hit with those long arms down sometimes , Glover can knock him out , if Jiri stays on his feet doesn't go to ground , he had great take down defense. Also if he can keep the pace he fights at with Glover we will have a new champ . I actually see this kind of style and Jiri the one to beat John Jones if he comes back down ..

In my humble opinion Jiri is one of the most dangerous LHs we've ever seen but I think Glover can get him but I can also see Jiri getting his reads on Glover like he tends to do to other opponents picking them apart until deploying his final lethal attack.
