  • Rob Wilkinson is now the PFL Light Heavyweight Champion and he is huge at 205. He looks in way better shape now than he did here. I'm happy for him. He said he learned a lot from this loss.

  • One of the most impressive things, to me, about Izzy is his takedown defense. He must put in so much work on his defense. It's really incredible, pretty much everyone hasn't been able to take him down and hold him down.

  • That was some Ken masters street fighter roll. Izzy the man as always! Calculated, quickly learned from those initial take downs... His fighting IQ is insane. You literally can see the point at which the sharingan kicked in and he started to see through his opponents moves.

  • Looking back at this and how he fights now there is no big change. He just got more technical and people got used to his style but it's the same thing. Leg kicks, jabs, feints, takedown defense.
