    • @@elyas4637 Obviously he's referring to other fighters. Like Leon Edwards who probably committed about 9 fouls in his rematch against Usman and the ref only called him on 2 of them. He cage grabbed more than once. He was fish hooking the inside of Marty's gloves. He poked him in the eye. He kicked Marty in the groin 5 fucking times. One of them was between his legs so bad that he got the balls, taint and even his ass cheeks. It dropped Marty who had to keep fighting because the ref didn't do anything. Leon hit a hail mary to win the belt and he ruthlessly cheated to maintain it.

All why fighting at least 3 times a year.. Silva didn’t fight the same caliber of fighters. Not like Silva was undefeated. Just because someone loses doesn’t take away from all that they did. That same principle can be applied to Silva. He looked like trash after Stephan bonnar. Only winning one fight out of his next 9 after bonnar. Honestly drop Izzy in Anderson’s era and he toys with everyone from his first ufc fight with Chris leben to his last with Uriah hall. Imagine prime leben Vs prime Izzy 🤣. Besides silvas first fight in the ufc was for title eliminator. Won the title on his 2nd ufc fight. Izzy had to wait 6 fights before getting a title shot. Only reason his record isn’t being broke is because Dana isn’t giving anyone a title eliminator fight for their first fight in the ufc.

      @Cultee@Cultee7 ай бұрын
    • @Cultee Silva started taking Ls at 38, most of which after the lower leg break. Everyone knows he should have retired. Adesanya, meanwhile, has already lost his title twice, at 33 and 34. He's in his fighting prime and can't stay on top. They are not the same. Also Adesanya has not fought thrice per year. He only fought twice in 2019, twice in 2020, twice in 2021. The only time he's fought thrice was in 2022, when he lost his belt.

You can’t say guys like Nate marquat, travis lutter, can touch anyone in Izzy’s reign. Silva defended the belt against guys that would’ve been cut today. If Izzy defended against journeymen opponents like Silva did he’d look like the goat of all ufc fighters. Masvidal has a better win percentage than any of silvas title defense opponents

    • @@KhanSphere You can't argue with a guy that wants to compare different eras. I mean shit at age 30 Israel got to fight a 45 year Anderson and couldn't put him away. Anderson beat the best guys put in front of him and then he turned into a clown against Weidman and got clipped. I'm surprised he didn't bring up Anderson failing for PED's because Israel with his gyno titties is cycling them 100%. He might have forgot to take his steroids this fight thinking it would be easy. Weidman immediately sucked once USADA drug testing was introduced he lost his belt. Also Anderson Silva has every record in UFC middleweight history except for one that belongs to Israel Adesanya. Israel holds the record for longest average fight time of almost 4 full rounds.

Even a tall kickbox world Champion like Alex Pereira lost the rounds before he knocked out Izzy. Adesanya is huge for the MW division while Strickland fought at Welterweight. Beating Izzy with a range difference like this, while nearly making it impossible to get hit by him, outstriked him almost by 3 times when it comes to headstrikes.
