  • A video that needed to be made. Because all these casuals calling him washed up. 14 months ago, he was on a 19 fight win streak, 15 fight win streak in the UFC. In the second fight against against Leon that occurred 14 months ago, I think most people would agree that he was winning that fight until that headkick. The most recent fight with Leon was closesly contested too, definitely not a washed up fighter.

  • When this man is gone, I will forever be grateful of how active of a champion he was. He never held the division up. And took all the up-comers whether they deserved it or not. One of the greatest reigns in UFC. 2nd to only Anderson Silva in being undefeated.

    • he ate a HARD head kick right to the head and got SLEPT out cold. I think you're underestimating what effect that has on a fighters brain and his chin which still hasn't been fully tested since. his knees are also hanging on by a thread. guy hasn't even taken much damage over his career but it seems likely his decline started with that headkick. time will tell.

There's something so deserving and impressive about someone who already has a winning formula with his wrestling. And then decides, rather than using his renowned strength (because although I wasn't a fan of the wrestling, I can't deny it won him his fights), decides to improve another weakness, and is now equally skilled in that department.   • If Marty's knees are good, Khamzat is gonna get wrekt. Khamzat had a hard time taking down Burns, which means taking down Usman is simply out of the question. This is ultimately going to become a stand-up fight putting Usman at a significant advantage. Khamzats striking only works if his opponent can't defend or is afraid of his wrestling.
