A lot of lads respected Silva as youngsters and wanted him to have a restful passing of the torch, including Izzy in a similar light and showed his skills while giving appreciation. Secondly, what do you know about "respect to true MMA"? It's a fight organization with the sole real purpose of making money through mixed martial arts, that respect is up to the fighters inside the octagon to decide on, not the fans, the fighters aren't our slaves child.

To begin with, I literally never said "you need to respect the sport", I said you need to stop being entitled as it is not about you or me, they're the players that know what or what not to respect. Learn to read. Also making money has nothing to do with fans, yes, you clearly don't know business if you think otherwise, does any of Nintendo's practices seem fan friendly to you? 😂 The exact opposite actually, yet one of the most successful companies ever. Oh wait, your foolish bum will probably say that's not combat sport? Then how about any of "Money" Mayweather's exhibitions 🤔, you could literally get hundreds of examples. You also obviously don't realize the shaddy shiz that goes behind the scenes of UFC? Their only concern as a business is to "organize" (a word you seem not to understand the meaning of) the events and fights, what happens inside those fights is up to the fighters, and it's your choice as a viewer of whether you follow the promotion or nah. You just enforced my belief that you need to grow up, or perhaps you just might be ignorant, in that case continue to be a snob and get used by corporations, you do you boo 😘.

Sorry but guys from Anderson's era are still competing to this day, in the UFC and they still relevant and in the top 10 ^^ So I guess the new people are not that dangerous, compare to what you try to make them look. Sorry. Anderson retired he was still in the top10 of his division , he won a round against Israel , wich means what it means. Guys like Jose Aldo STILL in the top 5 TODAY 35 years old , in a division full of killers , Franky Edgard was a generation before Silva , Romero before he left . You want more names ? Coz there are many guys like that, still. So no , the new guard ain't more evolved or dangerous than beck then. This is total BS.
