    • Hell no. He did not. Brock was "put over" Early in wwe, he doesn't have to "work" as wwe is mostly scripted. The difference is like being a firefighter putting out a burning building vs putting out a campfire. He gets what he wants in wwe he has creative freedom, if he says he wants to win he wins and when he wants to lose he loses, that's the grand ticket you earn in wwe if you are superstardom

  • Lesnar is a special athlete, a specimen different from the others. He weighed almost 300 pounds and moved as if he weighed 200. If he hadn't come down with diverticulitis maybe Cain and Overeem wouldn't have beaten him and his reign as champion would have been longer.

  • People like to talk about how he wasn't a "real fighter." He was given incredible opportunities because he was a star, sure, but what he did with them was Exceptional. It takes more than size, luck, and wrestling to win against Heath Herring, Randy, Couture, Frank Mir, and Shane Carwin, consecutively. He put the work in. A guy with under 5 fights isn't supposed to fare well at all in the second round when he's eating a knee from Frank Mir or in a grueling fight with Randy Couture. Trust me. Brock was a natural born fighter. That's why he adjusted quickly. He was putting the work in. He shut Mir down on the ground in the rematch like a seasoned pro.

  • Imagine if Brock went straight into MMA after his college wrestling career and actually had highly developed skills and technique in both striking and grappling for MMA. He would seriously be so damn scary if not unstoppable. It’s already insanely impressive that Brock won the UFC heavyweight belt with less than 5 professional fights to his record and basically did it with absolutely zero striking ability. He won solely on his wrestling skills, size and strength which his size/strength is extraordinarily an unreal advantage but to have only one base skill to lean on in the octagon and win the most prized championship in the world is a testament to what an incredibly gifted athlete Brock is
