    • Its not up to them. Its the decision of the commission which means that once the decision is made by the doctor and then the referee, there is no going back no matter how egregious the decision is. Furthermore allowing a fight to restart after it has been stopped is a dangerous slippery slope that could lead to a lot of fuckery, a lot more serious injuries and horrible refereeing.

    • Doctors should be only allowed to ask certain questions that are easily interpretated and have a translator standby if there's a potential language barrier. It's still not perfect but much better than these vague arbitrary questions.

  • If you knee the head of a downed opponent, and the fight is called off, that should be a DQ not a NC. It was an intentional knee. You can't call that an "unintentional foul."

    • In the heat of a fight, you see a head in perfect position for a knee and tou throw it, without thinking (or forgetting) about the downed fighter rule. It happens alot, even in training. Like anything else, its super difficult prove intent, outside of the fighter admitting.

  • khamzat is not beating strickland right now, i would get a cannonier/du plesis stickland fight going and if i were khamzat i would get back on that a horse and beat a couple 185 staples it would make him a better fighter and more ready to hold onto the throne when it's his time right now he is beatable in my personal opinion.

And in the second fight, the doctor stopped the match and it was seen that Walker was able to continue it, and there two fighters were damaged.

  • It was supposed to be a stacked card. A part from Aliskerov, Kamaru and Chimaev it was actually pretty bad. What happened in the Ankalaev Walker fight is unacceptable, the ref and the doc were so incompetent they should not step on the octagon again, and Dana White should stop doing only trash talk and business talk and start to think really about the competition in UFC

There was a cpl submissions, a flying knee that led to a tko, a head kick that led to a finish, & a guy down 0-2 that rallied in the 3rd w/a 1punch KO while barking, O'Malley style dribbling, & chanting in the guys face!!! People expecting EVERY SINGLE FIGHT to end in a finish is nothing short of unrealistic, crazy, & ridiculous!!!
