  • Honestly, I wish Ronda had done this when she lost to Holly. Knowing how to handle defeat is a big part of martial arts.

    • Say what you want about Mcgregor, when he lost to Diaz, no excuses, wanted a rematch. When Rhonda said she was suicidal, I thought this game is not for you.

    • Retro Radio You are beyond correct. However when your defeated handedly and your weaknesses are exposed to a point that your own fans are questioning your previous accomplishments and hard earned victories, it wouldn't shock me if she legitimately had a mental breakdown and we know mma left such a sour taste in her her mouth, along with a lot of well earned disdain. Almost all the time when a fighter loses, their fans are there to help them get back up, but Rhonda's own fans were using her as a public toilet. She found out HARD that she just didnt have the fundamentals to compete with these next level and next gen athletes. And with her entire life on the cover of every magazine and internet artical, the poor woman couldn't take a proper dump without the scummy mma journalists digging through it for clues on what her next move is. I think she did the right thing. Brian Ortega (although not nearly as famous, but he was UP THERE leading into the Holloway fight) went through the same exact thing and we are about to find out how hes gunna fair when he fights the zombie.

  • Watched Holly in Legacy days and yeah, thought it was early for Rhonda match but saw that she had her at the weigh ins.. kicked myself for not betting on her. Loved watching the outcome in a full sports bar with all my friends, everybody going nuts or in shock, speechless. Great disposition, total fox & psyched she's still going after it.

  • This Aldana/Holm fight is gonna be something for sure. I'm more pumped for this one than for the Ade/Costa thing, simply bc the skill-gap was too big last week. But this weekend, both sides are very game fighters. Size, strength, grappling, cardio, boxing, kicks, footwork, both have it all. Holly brings tons of 5 rounds XP while Aldana brings some more violence. I hope both don't end up in the ER, bc we might see some blood this time. Can't wait for those 5 rounds

  • OMG Holly I love you. I will always be a huge huge fan and I thank you so much for exposing Ronda Rousey's hands, I know you will never admit that being how nice you are. You are the first female fighter I ever became a fan of and you pushed the female side of the sport further with that win. Thank you Holly.

    • Handsome Jack yeah well the reem hasn’t even gotten a ufc belt and look at his status. The belt doesn’t always play into the effect. They’re wonderful fighters to say the least making the one hit “wonder” Inconclusive

    @theoneandonlyspook1312@theoneandonlyspook13123 жыл бұрын
    • Let's face it, only Petr Yan and Volk are beating Nunes for her belts. Because I don't see any woman having a chance. Maybe Bullet, the second fight was close. But she already lost twice to Amanda, so no. You would have to be a man to put her away.

      @branlopgar@branlopgar3 жыл бұрын
    • Yea I don't see Nunes losing anytime soon, that girl is just a different breed of fighter. Without a doubt the goat in the women's division, I wasn't a believer at first but the way she man handled cyborg made me realize just how good she was. I honestly thought Cyborg was gonna ko her like she did everyone else tbh, but she definitely proved me wrong! Gotta give credit where credit is due, and it's gonna take a woman that's a freak of nature to beat her and take her belts from her. She'll probably retire as champion before I see her losing, cause I just don't see anyone coming close to beating her unless it's a fluke win where she breaks her leg or something in the middle of the fight.
